Over the next several weeks, Rail-Bridge operations will wind down as “K” Line, NYK and MOL merge together under Ocean Network Express (ONE). As you know, ONE Domestic will begin accepting bookings on March 26 and releasing empty containers on April 2nd. Rail-Bridge will continue to post equipment on RBL’s Reservation System and to submit rail billing on loads through Friday, March 30th. The last day to in-gate loads is Saturday, March 31st.
Effective immediately, Chicago Rail Opps (local Chicago ramps) and CTC’s (all other locations) new hours of operation are from 8:30 am to 5pm central time. As we approach the second half of March, Rail-Bridge will operate with fewer people as many employees will transfer to ONE. RBL will strive to provide the best possible customer service possible with limited staff, however, there may be delays in responding. Please utilize the tracing tools available to you for faster replies.
I would personally like to thank you for your business and for all of your support for Rail-Bridge over the years.
